Service Delivery
The service usage period begins after the payment has been completed.
For new users, an account will be created automatically, and a notification will be sent via email.
The purchased subscription components will be added to the user account, along with an email containing service activation details and a user guide for setup.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel the service within 14 days. To do so, you must initiate the return process through the same website where the service was originally purchased. The original payment will be refunded, minus a handling fee of €3.
